Wood flush door is named according to the door structure. The door surface without design or the door slab is semi-hollow core inside.

The flush door surface have different finishing:
1. Wood veneer with vanish painting finished;
2. Lacquered pure color finished, like white painting door, black painting door, grey painting door or other colors;
3. PVC laminate finishing;
4. Melamine laminate finishing;
5. HPL laminate finishing, such as Formica or Wilsonart HPL or local made HPL.
And we can make designs on the surface by carving lines or paint different color lines, or fix the metal lines.

Normally the veneer is wood veneer. We have two kinds of wood veneer:
1. Natural wood veneer. It is got from the wood log by rotary cutting or slicing.
2. Engineered wood veneer. The veneer is got from the engineered wood, not natural wood directly.
The door base material is MDF or plywood. The wood veneer is laminate on MDF or plywood with glue and then laminate.
The veneer will be painted after the door hardware's hole made. So the door looks very high grade after installed with hardware.

How about your delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the order details, the cargo requirement, material, quantity. Normally we need 25-35 days to finish the production. For the urgent order, we can try the best to delivery according to requirement.

How about the MOQ of the order?

Considering the cost of production cost and charge to export, we advise the MOQ is 1*20GP container. It can loads about 200sets of door. But for the LCL order, we accept also but the average charge is higher and the price will be a little higher also.

How about the Payment Terms?

We accept the payment by T/T, Cash, L/C at sight.
